SAHID Hotels & Resorts has recently expanded its business by opening a new property in Uzbekistan which is located in the center of Eurasian continent and played a key role in the transcontinental system of the Great Silk Roads.

The property – Sahid Zarafshon in Bukhara is a join co-operation between Sahid Hotels & Resorts and Devel Eco Group LCC and officially opened on March 4th, 2020. It is the first out of total three Sahid Hotels to operate in Uzbekistan. As the 28th hotel managed by Sahid Hotels & Resorts, Sahid Zarafshon Bukhara is claimed to be the only complete 4 star hotel in Bukhara with 147 rooms, a Ballroom of 800 pax capacity, meeting rooms, four restaurants, a rooftop lounge, fitness center, spa and swimming pool. Bukhara is recognized as the center of Islamic civilization and trade in Central Asia, whereas Indonesia as the largest Muslim country surely offers an attractive business potential as alternate travel destination.

The Kalon Mosque Of Bukhara. When the Kalon Mosque of Bukhara was built in 1127, its minaret was probably the tallest building in Central Asia. It can house 10,000 worshippers and its roof consists of 288 domes. Bukhara (also spelled Bux-oro) is a historic city of 255,000 people located 250 km downstream from Samarkand on the Zervshan River in Uzbekistan.
