IMPORTANT: These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sindata corporate website only. They do not govern VHPCloud, VHP software, implementation, subscription, hosting, support, professional services, or other commercial services provided by PT Supranusa Sindata under a separate agreement.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the corporate website operated by PT Supranusa Sindata (“Sindata”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at www.sindata.net and any related pages, content, forms, downloads, and website features (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
If you access the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Scope and Separate Commercial Agreements
The Website is primarily a corporate and informational website through which Sindata provides information about its company, products, solutions, technologies, integrations, news, career opportunities, and related activities.

They do not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, a software licence, subscription agreement, service-level agreement, data-processing agreement, implementation agreement, hosting agreement, support agreement, or other commercial agreement for VHPCloud, VHP or any other Sindata product or service.
Any purchase, subscription, implementation, support, hosting, licensing, or other commercial service provided by Sindata is governed by the applicable separate agreement entered into between Sindata and the relevant customer. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and such separate agreement, the separate agreement will prevail with respect to the relevant commercial service.
3. Website Content and Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.
Information about products, solutions, features, integrations, specifications, availability, pricing, roadmaps, and other offerings may change from time to time and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, technical specification, warranty, or contractual commitment unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability to the extent such liability cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other matters for which limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms do not supersede or modify any separate written agreement governing VHPCloud, VHP, software licensing, subscription, implementation, hosting, support, professional services, or other commercial services provided by Sindata.
