Job Responsibilities :
  1. Create a new program to fulfill the company’s needs
  2. Maintain program troubleshooting (bugs fix)
  3. Coordinate with another team such as Technical Support, Infra Team, etc
  4. Make technical documentation according to technical specification
  5. Develop desktop apps front end and backend
  6. Develop backend, create new or maintain existing for front end needs
Requirements :

  2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting/Economics)
    Minimum of 1 year of work experience in finance.
  3. Preferred qualities: Honest, quick, meticulous, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  4. Possesses good personal ethics, teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Understanding of petty cash and foreign exchange
  7. Availability to join immediately upon selection

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage petty cash and bank transactions
  2. Submit daily and monthly fund requests
  3. Input payment and reimbursement transactions
  4. Review and submit employee training funds
  5. Review employee reimbursements
  6. Archive documents related to transactions
  7. Follow up on stock opname reports
