PT. SUPRANUSA SINDATA (VHP Software Systems), a leading Hotel Management System provider in Indonesia has participated as keynote speaker on IHGMA (Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association) Bali Gathering 2018 which was held at Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel on April 20th, 2018.

The event was opened by Head of Bali’s Tourism & Culture Department, A. A Gede Yuniartha Putra, S.H and attended by moreover 100 members and partners of the hospitality industry.

“This Gathering is one important media to share knowledge between Hotel General Managers in Bali and unite them under one collective vision & mission.” commented I Nyoman Astama – Head of IHGMA Bali. He added that this year’s theme Global Empowerment for Sustainable Bali Tourism reflects the goal to enhance the quality of local hospitality and tourism.

As associate member of IHGMA, PT. SUPRANUSA SINDATA gave an insight presentation about advancement in PMS Technology empowering the hotel industry. The presentation was delivered by MR. Santo (Branch Manager – Bali):

  • Launch of VHPmobile Housekeeping which is an on-the-go solution enabling Housekeeping Department to check and update the room status, Minibar tracking, Lost & Found management etc. from their mobile device. It is now available on the Google PlayStore for download.
  • e1-Booking Channel Manager Solution enabling hotels to connect their VHP PMS to major OTA’s and other Online Distribution Channels. Online reservations are automatically delivered into VHP Software while VHP updates the rooms availability and rate to all channels. e1-Booking also features an online booking engine for direct booking which can be integrated into the property’s website.

IHGMA Bali was founded in 2016 and has currently about 150 Hotel General Managers as registered members with around 70 % of VHP Software users.

PT. SUPRANUSA SINDATA has become an IHGMA Associate Member since 2017 and since then fully supports the organization and its activities. IHGMA National Gathering which will be held in Yogyakarta May 4 – 6, 2018 and will also be joined and supported by VHP Software Systems.
