Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association (IHGMA) is an association for Hotel General Managers throughout Indonesia. Established in 2016, the association currently consists of moreover 800 members. IHGMA recently held its annual gathering and international conference on 26-27 November 2019 at el-Royale Hotel, Bandung. The event was attended by hundreds of hotel General Managers from Indonesia and several ASEAN countries.

As associate member, VHP Software participated in the event for business presentation, introducing new technology solutions to maximize the hotels’ work efficiency and improve guest service. One highlight was the preview of VHP x MYRA Self Check-In Kiosk collaboration with its unique design, speeding up the check-in process while providing a new guest experience and reduce queue at the Front Desk. The collaboration is scheduled for first implementations in Indonesia for Q1 2020.
